اسم النظرية:
الاجرائية النسبية.
مفهوم
النظرية: نظرية بغداد" الاجرائية النسبية " تتكون من محورين هما:
-
الاجرائية- ان الامن عبارة عن اجراءات.
-
النسبية – تتوزع اجراءات الامن على المحاور
بنسب معينة.
شرح النظرية:- ان الامن عبارة عن اجراءات
سابقة ومتواصلة ولاحقة وتقسم الى اجراءات امن وقائي واجراءات امن تعرضي، وان يأخذ كل محور من محاور الامن سواء كان
سياسي او اقتصادي او عسكري او اجتماعي وغير ذلك حصته الفعلية ضمن نسبة معينة من
تلك الاجراءات، ومحاور الامن الرئيسية هي: الافراد،
المعلومات المواد
والمنشأت.
